I didn't start in virtual events — I started in the chaos behind them.
After nearly a decade in global operations and technical implementation, first at Vrbo where I managed 100+ software integration projects across North American, Brazilian, and European markets, and later as a facilitator and technical producer for award-winning leadership development programs, I learned one thing above everything else: the best experiences are invisible. When the tech works, when the flow is seamless, when problems get solved before anyone notices them — that's when the real work shows up.
That's the standard I bring to every virtual room I work in. Since 2021, I've built my practice around one belief: leaders deserve to show up fully present, without half their brain worrying about mute buttons, breakout rooms, or whether the slides are advancing. I handle all of it — the configuration, the contingencies, the energy, the follow-through — so you can focus on what only you can do.
